Thank you for choosing WhizPet! We strive to provide the best care and services for you and your pets. We recognize that plans can change, and you may need to modify your bookings. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, refunds, and credits.
1. General Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies based on the service booked and the timing of the cancellation. Please refer to the specific terms below for each type of service.
2. Service-Specific Policies
Pet Diet Plans
Non-Refundable: Due to the customization and expertise involved, payments for pet diet plans are non-refundable once the plan has been created and delivered.
Plan Adjustments: If you have concerns about the plan, please contact us. We may offer minor adjustments or consultations as needed.
Pet-Friendly Event Planning
Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made more than 10 days before the event date, a partial refund may be granted, minus a cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits made for event planning are non-refundable to cover initial arrangements and vendor costs.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable.
Pet Boarding & Daycare
Full Refund: Cancellations made 5 days before the boarding or daycare start date are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 5 to 10 days before the start date may be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for early pick-ups.
Pet Training
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 10 days before the start of the training session are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: If canceled within 5 to 10 days of the training session, a 50% refund may be provided.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
3. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. For exceptional circumstances (such as a medical emergency), please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be provided at WhizPet’s discretion in these situations.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at admin@whizpet.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
Please note that credit card processing fees may be deducted from your refund in some cases.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Promotional items or discounts applied to a booking may be non-refundable.
Gift cards, credits, and other special offers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. Any changes will be posted here, with the effective date listed at the top.
